When & Where

Our business hours are generally 9am to 5pm (Central time), Monday through Friday. However, we are willing and able to schedule calls and/or meetings outside that time as needed. Many of our longstanding client relationships were developed during evening or weekend introductory meetings to accommodate someone’s work or family schedule.

We often use Calendly to streamline the scheduling process—avoiding the sometimes endless back and forth emails or calls to lock in a mutually convenient day and time.

We meet with clients or prospective clients in our offices or somewhere they find comfortable and convenient (their home, office, favorite lunch spot, etc).

If you are not located in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, we are happy to “meet” via phone and/or video. We have many clients who either a) moved away from our offices or b) were referred to us by their friends or family and we haven’t had the opportunity to meet in person. Today’s tools make it fairly simple to maintain a long-distance relationship, even when working together on such a personal topic.
