On October 21, 2016, the Departments of Labor, the Treasury and Health and Human Services (collectively, the “Departments”) issued FAQ 33, providing an indefinite extension of the enforcement relief available to colleges and universities for certain premium reduction arrangements offered in connection with student health plans.
